Did you know that Houston is the #1 city leading the list for INCREASE in home values across the country .... Yes I said increasing in value, by over 3%. YAHOO !!
You buyers out there that are waiting for the bottom , I think it is here ! Everything else is poised to follow. Increase in home values, increase in interest rates and sellers who will not be as ready to negotiate the sale ! That means the same house today will cost you more in the future. Something to think about.
